I am Woman

Mariella Frostrup takes a look at Helen Reddy's classic hit I Am Woman, a US No 1 in December 1972. It was played at the finale of a National Organisation of Women gala event in 1973. The programme explores some of the tangled complexities of the women's movement with particular emphasis on the entertainment industry, talking to musicians, singers and record industry executives.
