Final programme in the series following the changing fortunes of the staff and boss of Philip Johnston & Company estate agency. In August 2006, 17 months after Philip Johnston was arrested and charged with offences relating to money laundering, the charges were unexpectedly dropped. Johnston contemplates what his future might hold. Meanwhile, MCW Residential and John Minnis Estate Agents, the businesses which were set up after the shock of his arrest, forge ahead in a booming property market.
