House Traders - Series One - Episode 3

Series following the changing fortunes of the staff and boss of the ill-fated Philip Johnston & Company estate agency. The story continues in spring 2005 and all is seemingly going well. Boss Philip Johnston inspects a large newly-built country house, there is a semi for sale in one of Belfast's most desirable areas and the new Ormeau Road office has got a prestige property on to the books.
