House Swap - Episode 18

House-swapping is the latest trend to hit the property world. With around ten thousand properties registered with swap websites, it's a brilliant way to avoid the dreaded property chain and make that move onwards. Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match. Kristian meets Ronnie and Kathryn Nevell, who want to swap their brand new eco-home in Canterbury, Kent, for a holiday home that they can rent out. The Woods family want to swap their old saw mill in Skipton, Yorkshire, for a home in the south of England, in order to be nearer to their family. After road testing each other's properties and lifestyles, it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal before we find out if they've decided to swap homes for good.
