House Swap - Episode 12

House-swapping is the latest trend to hit the property world. With around ten thousand properties registered with swap websites, it's a brilliant way to avoid the dreaded property chain and make that move onwards. Presenter Kristian Digby meets people who want to swap their home permanently, then shows them three properties to find their perfect match. This time he meets Nathan and Anastasia Bombrys, who want to swap their trendy loft apartment in a converted mill in Bollington, Cheshire for a larger house with a garden in the nearby area. Mark and Sam Steele live just down the road in a large, modern detached house and want to downsize and cut their mortgage costs. After they have swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it is up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations will the couples decide to swap homes for good?
