Cardiologist Dr Peter Groves performs two life-changing procedures on patients' hearts, while nurse Carly Edwards is on a mission to find beds for waiting patients. Elsewhere, chef Francine Jeremy cooks up a storm in the hospital kitchens, and on Ward C6 there is a hospital hiccup for a patient leaving the hospital after a 5-month stay. Ward-based social worker Denise Watts tries to find a nursing home to cater for Silvia's increased medical needs.
