Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a three-bedroom terraced house in South Wales with a lot of potential, a property in excellent condition in Reading and a one-bedroom bungalow in Lancaster with a very low guide price. All three properties have been sold at auction and we find out who paid for them and how much they cost when they went under the hammer.
