Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander cast their expert eyes over properties before they go to auction. The pair visit a house in Derby which looks promising on the outside but is a different story on the inside. In Rainham, Kent, they visit a plot of land with planning permission for three houses and, finally, they take a trip to Battersea, South London, to see a Victorian flat.
