Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander cast their expert eyes over properties before they go to auction. They travel to Folkestone to see an old Victorian house that could offer someone a foothold on the property ladder. Then it's on to Hertfordshire to see a three-bed terrace house, and in Devon there's part of an old inn up for sale.
