Property experts Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander look at houses and flats that are up for auction. They visit a semi-detached Victorian house in Derby which is desperately in need of a little redecoration and refurbishment and a three-bedroomed Plymouth property with a large garden and plenty of potential. All of these properties have been sold at auction and we find out who bought them and what they paid for them when they go under the hammer.
