Martin Roberts and Lucy Alexander visit a plot of land in Suffolk and a property in a desirable town in Kent, while in Liverpool it seems that it is not just the house prices that are collapsing. All of these properties have been sold at auction, and Martin and Lucy learn who bought them and what they paid for them when they went under the hammer.
