Harry and Toto - Summer and Winter

Animation series with a hare and tortoise who help young children learn about opposites. The sun is blazing and Harry and Toto find it hard to keep cool. Harry wishes it were winter, but luckily they find Patrick the Penguin and his ice-cream van.
