Harry and Toto - Stop and Go

Animation series with a hare and tortoise who help young children learn about opposites. Harry builds a go-kart, hoping to become the fastest hare on earth. Speeding through Opposite Town, he doesn't notice the red traffic lights and crashes into a tree. PC Barry the Bear suggests a driving school, where he and Toto help Harry to learn the difference between Stop and Go.
