Harry and Toto - Laugh and Cry

Animation with a hare and tortoise who help young children learn about opposites. Harry's new remote-control plane makes him laugh with joy, but when he crashes it into his foot and breaks it, he cries. Toto takes him to see Doctor Crystal at Opposite Town's Hospital.
