Two men are claiming to be president of Ivory Coast. One of them, Alassane Ouattara, is seen by the international community as the legitimate winner of the presidential election in November 2010, but the other, Laurent Gbagbo, still commands the support of the Ivorian security forces. Stephen Sackur speaks to Ivory Coast's UN ambassador Yousouffou Bamba - newly appointed by Mr Ouattara. Can the Ivorian impasse be broken without civil war?
