The former Bosnian Serb leader, Radovan Karadzic, has appeared for the first time before the Yugoslav War Crimes Tribunal. He faces charges of genocide for atrocities committed during the Bosnian war of the 1990s. But will the arrest be followed by the capture of Karadzic's wartime commander Ratko Mladic?
