Hardtalk is in New York City to meet Ted Forstmann, the boss of the world's largest sports marketing and talent agency, IMG. Its business includes TV production, merchandising and athlete representation with star clients such as Tiger Woods and Roger Federer. Now IMG has expanded its activities into India and China but can the multi-billion dollar sports industry survive the economic recession unscathed? Ted Forstmann talks to Stephen Sackur.
