Nandan Nilekani believes India has a bright future, as long as it avoids what he believes are the mistakes of the western, developed nations. He champions the rights of what he calls the small man - the individual voice that can change the way that things are done. Nilekani's views are born out of his own experience as the chief executive and now co-chairman of one of the country's biggest companies, the information technology giant, Infosys. He talks to Jonathan Charles.
