Lea Chishugi

Stephen Sackur talks to newsmakers and personalities from across the globe. Leah Chishugi describes herself as a survivor. She survived the Rwandan genocide in 1994 and made her way to London and a new life. But in 2008 she went back to that part of eastern Congo which borders Rwanda, driven by a determination to do something about the plight of women in a land where rape has become a weapon of war. Why are crimes against humanity so often crimes against women?
