President-elect Barack Obama believes the US has been focused on the wrong war. Afghanistan, not Iraq, will be his strategic priority and he's planning a troop surge into Afghanistan to make the point. But the UN Envoy to Afghanistan, Kai Eide, says what's really needed is a political surge. Stephen Sackur asks him whether the international community is either coherent, or united when it comes to Afghanistan.
