Jonathan Charles talks to Haleh Esfandiari, the Iranian dissident and academic who has first-hand experience of just how brutal Iran's regime can be. For four months she was held in Tehran's notorious Evin prison, accused of trying to topple the Islamic establishment. After 2009's disputed elections she believes that President Ahmedinajad's government has become paranoid. He asks her if the seeds are now planted for a homegrown 'velvet revolution'.
