According to British intelligence chiefs there remains a significant jihadist terror threat within the UK. This is despite years of community cohesion programmes and government prevention strategies. Dr Muhammad Abdul Bari is the chairman of London's biggest mosque in Whitechapel and, until recently, Head of the Muslim Council of Britain.
