The opposition coalition claimed almost half the vote and now has enough seats to exercise some blocking power. Diego Arria is a former Governor of Caracas and was Venezuela's Permanent Representative to the UN in the early 1990s. Now he is a vocal critic of President Chavez. Does he and his allies have what it takes to roll back Venezuela's socialist revolution? Diego Arria talks to Stephen Sackur.
