Interviews with newsmakers and personalities from across the globe. Last month the Venezuelan opposition made a dent in President Hugo Chavez's popularity when they increased their share of the vote in the National Assembly elections. Diego Arria is a former Governor of Caracas and was Venezuela's Permanent Representative to the UN in the early 1990s. Now he is a vocal critic of President Chavez.
