The world economic crisis is catching up with English football. Several clubs are in financial difficulty and even the top earning Manchester United has had to issue bonds to restructure its debt. Stephen Sackur talks to the new owner of another club in financial trouble, West Ham. He asks David Sullivan whether English football clubs should be more tightly regulated to stop reckless owners from running them into debt.
