Economics is a form of warfare - it produces winners and losers. Right now the west is losing and the rest, led by China are winning. That, in its crudest form, is the premise of a controversial book written by Zambian economist and author Dambisa Moyo. She's already savaged western nations for pursuing wrong-headed policies on aid; now she says they're heading for second division status unless they undertake radical reform. HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur asks her if this is an alarm call worth heeding.
