Votes were cast on March 7, but Iraqis have no answer to that simple question - the count isn't over, the integrity of the process is being questioned and the leaders of the two biggest party blocs are claiming victory. Stephen Sackur talks to Ayad Allawi, the leader of the Iraqiya movement and Prime Ministerial candidate, and asks how real the threat of chaos and division is following an election that was supposed to deliver stability.
