Stephen Sackur talks Zimbabwe's Deputy Prime Minister Designate, Arthur Mutambara. It's been six weeks since Zimbabwe's president, Robert Mugabe, signed a power-sharing deal with his political opponents, but the country still has no unity government. In this time, inflation has gone beyond 200 million per cent, the food crisis has intensified, and aid agencies have issued new warnings of imminent catastrophe. Talks aimed at bringing the factions together collapsed, and the government is looking increasingly fragile. Sackur asks Mutambara if Robert Mugabe has outfoxed his opponents once again.
