It has been more than a year since Hamas took control of Gaza and relations between it and Fatah are still hostile. The Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas negotiates with the Israelis, but not with Hamas, and the economic situation in Gaza is getting worse. Stephen Sackur asks Ahmed Yousef, senior adviser to the Hamas leadership, whether Hamas have anything left to offer the people of Palestine.
