An interview with Alvaro de Soto, former UN Special Co-ordinator for the Middle East peace process. A month after he left the post, a secret end-of-mission report was leaked, in which he detailed the frustrations he felt with the UN and the other members of the Quartet. In his first interview since the leak, de Soto speaks to Stephen Sackur, who asks him why he accuses the Quartet of 'feeding despair' in the region and how he thinks Tony Blair will adjust to his new role as the Quartet's envoy.
