As the world's leaders meet at the UN General Assembly in New York, one of the key items on the agenda is how to put an end to extreme poverty. It's just one of the Millennium Development Goals that the UN wants to achieve by 2015. But halfway through the 15-year plan, the goals are a long way from being met. Sarah Montague asks Jeffrey Sachs whether the goals are realistic.
