The country's top chefs are competing to cook at a fabulous banquet to celebrate the very best local produce from across the land and the pressure is on, as the host will be HRH The Prince of Wales. Each week three chefs battle it out in the kitchen for a chance to cook at the banquet, and this week it's the turn of the chefs from the North West - Johnnie Mountain, Lisa Allen and Aiden Byrne. Former champion Marcus Wareing chooses his favourite from the three dishes: caramel parfait with honey ice-cream, rhubarb and custard tart with beetroot ice-cream, and strawberries with meringue and mint water ice? For one of the chefs, this is the end of the road in this competition, as Marcus must pick just two to go forward to face the Great British Menu judging panel.
