Great British Menu - Series 5 - North East Starter

The country's top chefs compete to cook at a fabulous banquet hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales. In this episode it's the turn of the chefs from the North East - Kenny Atkinson, Tim Bilton and Lee Bennett. Only two chefs can make it through to cook for the formidable judges and one will be going home early. They kick things off with their starters, but which one is going to be first off the blocks? Will it be a wild rabbit with ham hock, carrots, asparagus and morels; wild rabbit with a baby leaf salad, black pudding, crispy quail's egg, broad beans and a shot of real ale; or warm pork and apple pie with chilled tomato soup, Yorkshire cheeses and homemade pickle?
