The country's top chefs compete to cook at a fabulous banquet hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales. This time it's the turn of the chefs from the North East - Kenny Atkinson, Tim Bilton and Lee Bennett. They are determined to win but which dish will take first place? Will it be roe deer with beetroot, cauliflower and sage; venison three ways with English garden vegetables; or braised feather blade of beef and Yorkshire pudding with beer and onion gravy?
