The country's top chefs compete to cook at a fabulous banquet hosted by HRH The Prince of Wales. This time it's the turn of the chefs from the North East - Kenny Atkinson, Tim Bilton and Lee Bennett. It's the last chance for the chefs from the North East to impress as the one with the lowest total score from across the week will leave the competition. They deliver their desserts but which dish will earn top marks? Strawberry jelly crumble with elderflower custard; a 'Best of British' dessert plate - bread and butter pudding, rhubarb and custard, curd tart and strawberries and cream; or brandy snap with cider brandy cream, basil sorbet and summer fruits?
