The country's top chefs are competing to cook at a glorious banquet, to celebrate the very best local produce from across the land and the stakes are high, as the host will be HRH The Prince of Wales. Great British Menu is reaching a climax with the last of the regional heats. It is the turn of the chefs from London and the South East - Tristan Welch, Tom Kerridge and Anthony Demetre. Only two chefs can make it through to cook for the formidable judges and one will be going home early. All the chefs are desperate for the honour of cooking for The Prince and they're out to impress with their starters; breast of lamb with crisp lambs' fry; beer braised oxtail and ham, egg and chips.
