The country's top chefs are competing to cook at a glorious banquet, to celebrate the very best local produce from across the land and the stakes are high, as the host will be HRH The Prince of Wales. The pressure is on, as only two chefs can make it through to cook for the Great British Menu judges and one will be going home. The chefs from the London and South East region - Tom Kerridge, Tristan Welch and Anthony Demetre want to score top marks with their fish dishes: wild brown trout with onion tart; crayfish Scotch egg; and brown trout, crayfish and watercress pie.
