The country's top chefs are competing to cook at a glorious banquet, to celebrate the very best local produce from across the land and the stakes are high, as the host will be HRH The Prince of Wales. It's the battle for the fish course on Great British Menu. 24 of the country's top chefs have been competing for the honour of cooking for HRH The Prince of Wales, at a sumptuous banquet celebrating the very best local produce. Only eight chefs remain and they are all determined to get at least one of their dishes through to the banquet. The finalists cook their fish dishes for the Great British Menu judges, who are joined by fourth member to assist them in their decision. Which chefs will sink and which will swim?
