Great British Menu - Series 5 - Final Dessert

It's dessert day in the finals of Great British Menu and the last chance for the competing chefs to impress the judges and secure a place at the final banquet, a celebration of the best local produce from across the land. The pressure is on as they all want the honour of cooking for HRH The Prince of Wales, who is to host the banquet. At the end of the programme the judges reveal the four dishes which will make up 2010's Great British Menu.
