It's the Grand Finale of Great British Menu. The nation's finest chefs have been battling it out in the ultimate cookery contest. In this one hour special, we follow the three winning chefs as they journey to London to prepare their dishes at a banquet to be hosted by Heston Blumenthal at the top of the Gherkin. Flying in especially, from as far away as San Francisco and Sydney, are some of the world's top chefs who will be joined by stars from the UK's culinary, comedy, art and music scenes to enjoy this exclusive four course meal. This is the occasion our chefs have been tirelessly working towards - this is their chance to prove to to the world that we are up there with the very best when it comes to modern British cooking.
