Top chefs compete to convince the French that we can match them in gastronomic prowess. The seven regional finalists return to cook their entire menus again for the panel of food aficionados, Prue Leith, Oliver Peyton and Matthew Fort. The judges will select their top three dishes from each course but ultimately viewers will decide which chef will cook at the British Ambassador's dinner.
