Comedy-drama featuring a grandpa with a magical shrinking cap that only his grandson Jason knows about. Mr Whoops invites Jason, Jemima and their friends to a day out on the beach. Grandpa puts on his shrinking cap and tries to join in the fun. Mr Whoops has lots of little accidents and everything goes wrong. Grandpa and Jason team up to save the day.
