Grandad's Back in Business - Grandma's Back in Business

Series following the attempts of workers aged 50-65 to break back into the industry in which they once worked, as they are pitted against a fresh-faced younger candidate looking for their first break. 61–year-old Lesley Permin and 19-year-old Aletha Shepherd go head to head for a full time job at fashion events company Doll. The owner is tired of the students he usually employs - they're often lazy and only in it for the glamour. He wants to see if an older person might be more of an asset.
