Gordon the Garden Gnome - Series 1 - The Smelly Boots

Pre-school animated series featuring Alan Titchmarsh as the voice of Gordon, a cheerful gardening Gnome. After a hard day's work, Gordon's bright red boots are very smelly, so he leaves them outside overnight. In the morning his boots are gone! He questions everyone, but his investigations don't get results. When Gordon eventually finds his boots, he discovers a family of mice are hibernating in them. Apparently they smelt just like their favourite cheese!
