Good Morning, Vietnam

Drama based on the true story of US DJ Adrian Cronauer, who arrives in Saigon to take over the morning show on Armed Forces radio in 1965 and boost morale with his quickfire wit. But his superiors are not amused by his disregard for authority and his fondness for R&B records, especially poker-faced, polka-playing Lt Hauk.
