The duo, who together run Europe's biggest live music event, talk about balancing their lives as a family and as festival promoters; how their relationship has been affected by Glastonbury's success; and share some of their highlights from the last four decades. The father and daughter team also share a selection of their favourite records from their personal collection, from the artists who have inspired them to some of their favourite Glastonbury performers.
