Garth and Bev - Eyeglasses

Animation about a time-travelling brother and sister called Garth and Bev, who live in harmony with nature in their village long ago. They are transported to different times and places by the Time Spiral and solve problems with the help of Grandfather Lir. Garth and Bev help Elva make milk pudding, but her recipe tablet is so tiny no-one can read it. When they find out that things in water look bigger, they unlock the secret for magnifying the tiny writing on the tablet. Through the Time Spiral they visit Florentine inventor Salvino d'Armate, who figured out a way of using lenses to see things more clearly - eyeglasses.
