Toby Buckland, Carol Klein, Joe Swift and Alys Fowler give professional pointers to help groom gardens to perfection. Approaching the end of August can be a tricky time in the garden as high summer draws to a close, but Gardeners' World is determined to make the summer last at Greenacre. Toby Buckland returns to his coastal garden where, with the help of Joe Swift, he creates a seaside-inspired seat made from sea washed pebbles. Joe is inspired by a recent garden visit to recreate one of their planting features at Greenacre while Toby recommends climbers for fences. At Glebe Cottage, the highlight of Carol's garden is the late summer phlox and she shows us the best varieties to grow and where they thrive best.
