Mark Lawson interviews the theatre director Sir Peter Hall, who is about to celebrate his 80th birthday, and continues to create new productions. Peter Hall looks back on the experience of running both the Royal Shakespeare Company and the National Theatre, and considers accusations that he was greedy at points in his career. He also reflects on the fact that - unlike some of his contemporaries - he has not directed a highly lucrative musical, and he discusses the experience of casting and working with his daughter Rebecca.
