Series in which nutritionist Natalie Savona and psychological coach Stephen Briers help people with strange eating habits and food phobias. Kerry Singleton lives in Blackpool with her parents, but is about to start a degree at Cardiff University. One thing she won't be telling her new friends is that she's addicted to meat and potatoes. To supplement her limited diet, Kerry snacks on sugary sweets and drinks, but blood test results reveal her body can't tolerate this diet for much longer.
