Frankenstein's Cat - Halloween

Children's animation about the unique friendship between Lottie, a girl who doesn't fit in, and Nine, a cat who doesn't fit together properly. It's the spookiest night in the most superstitious town in the world, but Lottie isn't sleeping - she has snuck out to meet the boys' challenge. They've dared her to prove her bravery by going to the old windmill ruins at night. She has Nine to keep her company, and he insists on telling her scary campfire stories. Soon she's fighting to hold back the fear.
